AirVenture 2009

What a busy day!  We had numerous visitors to the iSC-RFSC booth.  Some were old friends and a we met a lot of new ones.  It was also great to speak the native "taal" again, so thanks to all those South African vistors who stopped in to say hello!

 

All this got me thinking about how important AirVenture is to the aviation
community in general.  Yes, the sales and support are important, however it is
the friendships and love of aviation that make Oshkosh what it is.  The photos I
have posted will probably just be a bunch of faces to most of you. They are not
famous movie stars or politicians, yet without them my AirVenture experience
will not be the same.  While we all like looking at the planes, the real story is the
people.
