 While there is always some interesting going on in the world of Rotax engines, most of it was over shadowed by the arrival of the new Airbus A380. After an amazingly slow fly-by and some really tight turns, the huge and very quiet aircraft did a gentle landing and came to a stop in AeroShell square.  It will be open to the public tomorrow - so come on down and check it out.  Speaking of

 

fly-bys, the Rotax powered twin engine P2006T from Technam put on a show
for us as well!  I will post more photos of this very sleek aircraft later.  Possibly
from inside the engine bay too if they will let us.  So stay tuned.
