What is an independent Repair Centre?


A independent Repair Centre or iRC for short, is the main level of support for your Rotax® aircraft engine.

An iRC reports to it's regional iSC.  It is located on an airstrip that is suitable for the type of aircraft it services.

The technicians at an iRC have the same RFSC training as those at the iSC level.  They have the same tools.
So the main difference is really in the amount of parts they keep in stock.
